George Kaiafas studied Political Science and Media Studies at Fordham University before attending New York Law School in New York City. Since arriving in New York City in 1995, George Kaiafas has also been involved in artist management and is co-owner of Pragma Records, an independent record label. George Kaiafas has been practicing business and entertainment law in New York since 2004.

Yianni Kaiafas studied Political Science at the University of Michigan before attending DePaul University College of Law in Chicago. There he was certified in General Intellectual Property Law and was a published staff-writer for the DePaul University Art and Entertainment Law Journal. Yianni Kaiafas has been practicing business and entertainment law in Illinois since 2007.
